Our Retreats
Ceremonies and Traditional Practices
The retreat program includes traditional Amazonian ceremonies conducted in accordance with local traditions, as well as practices that remain an integral part of the culture of the indigenous communities.
During the retreat, participants take part in activities such as:
- Amazonian ceremonies led by the Taitas,
- Sweat Lodge ceremonies,
- traditional practices involving bodywork and energy work,
- cleansing rituals rooted in Amazonian traditions,
- individual consultations and meetings with the Taitas,
- integration circles, music sessions, and group activities.
All of these elements take place in an atmosphere of respect for local traditions, nature, and the shared group experience.
Community, Nature, and Everyday Life in the Amazon
The retreat combines ceremonial experiences with everyday life in the Amazon rainforest. An important part of the journey is spending time together, building connections within the group, and engaging with the local community.
Each day, fresh traditional Colombian meals are prepared using regional ingredients and tropical fruits available in the area. Shared meals, conversations, and living together in a communal space create an atmosphere of closeness and an authentic experience of Amazonian life.
It is a time to step away from technology, constant stimulation, and the rush of everyday life—a space for nature, simplicity, rest, and experiencing life at the rhythm of the jungle.
